We execute it.
One partner in front of the operator and one point of responsibility in country, from award to handover. The part of a project that usually slips is not the equipment; it is everything around it. That side is ours.
Registration and compliance
Local registration, licences and the compliance file the operator and the authorities expect from a contractor in country.
Permits and customs
Import permits, customs clearance, expediting and delivery to remote locations, tracked against the mobilisation plan.
Camp and logistics
Camp, accommodation, transport and site logistics, sized to the crew plan and the location.
Crews and supervision
Local crews and supervision working with the specialist's field team, under one site management.
Contract and delivery management
Milestones, change control, invoicing and reporting held to the contract, with one partner answerable for all of it.
Commissioning and handover
Pre-commissioning, start-up and handover to operations, then maintenance if the contract calls for it.

Each part gets the specialist it needs.
An integrated manufacturer for the process equipment, a niche contractor where the scope needs one, a local builder for civil and piping. We choose the specialist for each part of the project and stay as the one partner in front of the operator.
Specialists are chosen per project and per part. Their certifications and management systems apply to the work they deliver, and the operator sees one partner, one contract and one point of responsibility.
