- 01Field data analysis by the specialist partner's engineers, producing a comprehensive recommendation for the field rather than a pump quotation.
- 02Feasibility study covering where multiphase pumping pays back and where it does not.
- 03Multiphase pump selection against the field's gas fraction, viscosity, pressure profile and expected decline.
- 04Installation design, including the tie-ins to the gathering system and power.
- 05Management service after start-up: pump surveillance and operating data optimisation.
- 06Preventive and corrective maintenance, with fault analysis and repair by the same team that selected the pump.
Multiphase pumping fails on selection far more often than on the pump. The analysis phase is where the project is won or lost, which is why it is a deliverable in its own right.
