What the package covers.
- 01Plant design against the field's fluid analysis, water cut, salt content and export specification.
- 02Construction: civil and mechanical works, piping, machinery and power are created and executed by TechnoConn with the right local specialist, so the plant and its foundations sit under one partner.
- 03Stabilization of crude to export vapour pressure, and desalting to the pipeline or refinery specification.
- 04Modular construction where the schedule demands it, with the same skid-based oil treatment system used for early production.
- 05Pressure equipment designed and manufactured under the specialist partner's PED Module H quality system.
- 06Operation and maintenance after start-up, with local crews and the specialist partner's supervision.
The plant is usually the second step after an early production facility on the same field. The production data from step one sizes step two.
