Water treatment and re-injection
Produced-water treatment that removes oil, gas, salt and sand ahead of re-injection, then triplex-pump injection packages reaching 350 to 400 barg. Chemical injection is designed and manufactured alongside, with pneumatic or electrical power.

What the package covers.
- 01Treatment train: water degasser, water skimmers, filtering unit and coalescing units, in the sequence the produced water's analysis calls for.
- 02Hydrocarbon content brought below 20 ppm and filtration finer than 10 microns before the water reaches the injection pumps.
- 03Re-injection plants built on triplex pumps, reaching injection pressures of 350 to 400 barg.
- 04Chemical injection packages, pneumatic or electrically powered, designed and manufactured by the specialist partner and injecting up to 350 barg.
- 05Every unit fitted with diesel engines and suction boosting pumps, so the plant runs independently of site power.
- 06Integration with the oil treatment facility on the same site so the water side is engineered with the oil side, not after it.
Injection pressure is only useful if the water arriving at the pump is clean. The specification that matters is the 20 ppm and 10 micron on the treatment side, and it is written into the design, not left to the operator.
