Scope

What the package covers.

  • 01
Rig-up of the surface test train from wellhead to burner - choke manifold, indirect heater, three-phase test separator, gauge and surge tanks, transfer pump.
  • 02
High pressure and high temperature well testing, with equipment selected against the well's expected pressures, temperature and fluid analysis.
  • 03
Confined, smokeless and noiseless gas burner for locations near communities, infrastructure or environmentally sensitive ground.
  • 04
Sand management through sand filters and separation, protecting downstream equipment and preserving measurement accuracy.
  • 05
Continuous measurement and data capture on the principal's PLC control system, with reporting through the test programme.
  • 06
Tubular running services - hydraulic power tongs for casing and tubing, non-marking equipment, pick-up and lay-down machines, casing drivers, thread cleaning and dope application, weight joint compensators.

The same organisation engineers the package, builds it and runs it on location. When a well behaves differently to the prognosis, the change goes back to the workshop rather than into a third-party OEM's queue.
